Eventex All-Stars: The Most Influential People in The Event Industry is a project presenting people whose attitude and actions significantly affect the entire event industry. 

Being in such an excellent group of visionaries, innovators and trend creators who let the event industry develop, and make events more professional and inspirational, is a huge distinction for me, which I am extremely happy about - says Olga. - I am very honored to be among 120 people nominated in the competition. I have been working socially for the development, standardization and ethics of the event industry in Poland for many years, so I am very happy that it has been noticed and I’ve appeared among such an excellent group – adds Anna Nowakowska. Eventex Awards was founded in 2009 to appreciate and celebrate the best of the best in the industry, and in recent years has become one of the most recognizable and valued awards identified with excellence and great recognition.

Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka is the founder and managing director of the POWER Agency established in 1997 (also PowerSport and DMC Warsaw Poland), a founding member of the Event Industry Association, a long-term member of the SBE Management Board (2010-2017), a member of the Incentive Travel Organizers Association (SOT), Associations "Conferences and Congresses in Poland" (SKKP), as well as Society for Incentive Travel Excellence. A member of the team of experts of the SAR-PSML Industry Dialogue, she participated in the work of the "Incentive" groups, she was also the initiator of joining SBE to the "Good Tender" project, she created the SBE Code of Good Practice, works at the Ethics Committee at SOIT, and until 2019 Ethics of SBE and the Program Council of the Event Biznes conference. He is also a co-creator of the SBE Elves charity. For many years, she has been helping to create the event catalog and regularly writes for industry magazines such as: OOH Event, MICE Poland, OOH Magazine and New Marketing. She has appeared many times as a speaker at business and industry conferences, including during the European Congress of Entrepreneurship, Meetings Week Poland, Event Biznes or Event-Mix.

Her activities have been awarded many times, including Reliable Company, Company of the Year or Polish Product certificates and medals, including the Meeting Planner portal. She also won the Business Tiger, Business Cheetah, Procon / Polzac Awards statuettes awarded by Marketing Departments and MP Power Awards in the Team-building category.
She combines the traveler's curiosity and the athlete's courage, passion and perseverance, thanks to which she finds herself perfectly in one of the most stressful industries in the world. She believes that you can move mountains with hard work. Despite many hardships, sleepless nights and demanding clients, she would not exchange her work for any other. Olga is passionate about travel and sport in every way - from skiing, snowboarding, bicycles and kites to diving and squash (she was the second Polish rocket in squash for 3 years, together with the team she won silver in the European Team Championships in 2006, in 2018 3rd place in the Polish Masters Championships). Anna Nowakowska, CEO of MICE & Venue Consulting. MICE industry expert. Lecturer, speaker at industry conferences, educator. She has been associated with the event and hotel industry for over 16 years. A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw in the field of Tourism and Recreation. PhD student. One of the initiators of the Event Industry Association, in which she served as Board Member for Education for 8 years. Creator of the educational project Studium Event Management at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. Responsible for cooperation with universities in the creation of new educational programs in the field of event management, including AWF Warsaw, UE in Krakow, WSTiE in Sucha Beskidzka and CKP in Łódź. Author of the study program and numerous trainings in the field of event management, event marketing and MICE Venue Management. Program Director of four Event Business conferences dedicated to the significance and value of event marketing and event as an effective business tool. Member of the Conference Program Council. Hotelier. She began her adventure with the hotel industry at the Mazurkas Conference Center and Hotel Mazurkas in Ożarów Mazowiecki. She is also responsible for handling external catering at Mazurkas Catering, including implementation of up to 1500 people. Then associated with Hotel NARVIL **** Conference & Spa as a Key Account Manager. She created the sales and marketing strategy already at the stage of facility construction and pre-opening. Currently an expert in the field of adapting space in facilities and meeting places for the event industry. Consultant in the field of event marketing, event management, MICE Venue management and the use of event as a sales support tool. Lecturer in business tourism and subjects related to the management of facilities and meeting places, as well as the widely understood event and hotel industry.

Speaker and panelist at many industry conferences in the field of event marketing, event management, MICE topics, hospitality and adapting the location space to the event. Author of numerous publications in the trade press, including: Hotelier, Event Management Polska, MICE Poland, MICE Venue, Hotel Biznes, Ohh Magazine and many others. Winner of the Tourism Trends Awards competition. Awarded twice as an Expert at the Hotel Meeting 2018 conference. A long-time member of the Event Industry Ethics Council. Currently a member of two industry associations: the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association and the MPI Poland Chapter. She ran a blog dedicated to event marketing, meeting facilities and venues, and the broadly understood event and hotel industry - www.strefaMICE.pl. Currently, she advises locations on how to cooperate with the MICE industry. CEO of the consulting company MICE & Venue Consulting and Marketing Director at RAJT Tent halls, where she is responsible, among others for event and wedding projects. She has been exploring the secrets of the wedding and wedding industry and outdoor VIP events for 5 years. Passionate about event marketing and venue management. She loves the sounds of the saxophone, hiking, books, Latin rhythms and cabarets.

Olga Krzemińska Zasadzka and Anna Nowakowska are co-founders of the Event Industry Association. Together, they created many industry projects, cared for ethics and good practices. They have been socially involved in the development of the event industry for years, taking care of its good name and prosperity, but first and foremost ethics and education.
