Integration Events - Example of performed events

In October along with the company Sniper, during the trip of the employees of the company Coca-Cola HBC Sp. z o.o. we ensured the attraction in the Settlement Morena.

The main attraction during the integration was a game “Rockefeller”, based on principles of the board game “Monopoly”. At the beginning of the event the participants were divided into subgroups, which equipped with the small fortune began the game. Rivalry was the key element during the competitions. A professional master of ceremonies took care of the evennt.

Power agency specializes also in small, custom-made events for individual clients. In September we organized an event for Oto Film Studio Filmowe Sp. z o.o. in Hotel Narvil in Serock.
The main goal of the meeting was getting acquainted with different techniques of stress reduction. It had a character of workshops, during which the participants could gain some knowledge and apply it through relaxation exercises.

On 26 Junewe organised the branch conference for one of our clients along with the thematic evening at the National Stadium in Warsaw.
The conference took place in the TV Studio which was equipped with multimedia equipment.
In the evening the guests moved to the Platinum Box. The main theme of the event was FIFA World Cup 2014 in Brazil.

On 4 - 7 October Power Agency had a pleasure to organize the trip to Spain for the employees and distributors of the company SCA Hygiene. Participation in the showpiece regatta of the prestigious round-the-world boat race - Volvo Ocean Race was the climactic attraction of the event. A boat sponsored by the company SCA Hygiene participates in it. The start of the race took place in Alicante, where in the harbour due to the race a special village - Volvo Ocean Village was built. In the village there was a pavilion devoted to the SCA boat. It is worth mentioning that the SCA team is the first ever team made up entirely of women. It consists of 14 women coming from various parts of the world.

During one of the last events for our Client, one of the attractions during two-day training was the quad tour (16 vehicles were engageg in it). All quads were appropriately prepared for the crossing ride with a cylinder capacity from 550 cc to 650 cc. Each participant after undergoing a short training could get acquainted with the machine on the local track.

At the end of August we prepared the fourth edition of the integration event for Panattoni Europe. This time the client decided to organize the event at a hotel near Poznań.
On the first day, due to that location the participants could visit three new facilities for which Panattoni Europe is responsible.

Next event in Toruń is over.
The city game in Toruń ordered by Analyx was organised by Power Agency. Licensed tour guides assigned to particular groups appeared in historical outfits characteristic for Toruń. The meeting started with tasting regional specialities associated not only with gingerbreads.

Power Agency acting at the request of Motorent Sp. z o.o. (Hertz) and Nivette Fleet Management Sp. z o.o. organised an integration event for 120 Employees. It was the first integration party after the merger of both companies.

Power Agency acting at the request of inRiver AB with registered office in Sweden organised five-day stay, full of attractions in Poland. The adventure of Guests from Sweden, the United States and Spain started in Świnoujście along with the traditional Polish welcome - bread and salt ceremony, which was given also in Malbork and Gdańsk. The Agency ensured licensed tour guides, who introduced the participants to the history of Poland in the context of visited places. There was offered delicious Polish cuisine. Every day the Guests were invited to have lunch and supper in two different local restaurants.

Power Agency acting at the request of Chiesi Poland Sp. z o.o. organised First Local Chiesi Conference - pulmo line. Over forty guests took part in the event. Hotel Pojezierze in Szczecinek was chosen as the venue of the event.

In August we organized for the company Hietman a bicycle city game.
The teams were assigned some tasks, they had to complete the rally route, perform different tasks and finally solve the crossword which took them to the destination point, where the culinary workshop was organized.

At the beginning of June of the same year we organized the boat race on Lake Wulpiński.

We decided to have two types of yachts: popular Omega yachts used by sailing schools, and DZ yachts for recreational sailing.

The group was divided into smaller teams which carried out tasks adapted for their abilities.
Some people took first steps in the sailing world.

Imagine a warm and sunny day in Warsaw, on our national object of pride - National Stadium, where the emplyees of the Polsat Group and Plus gathered along with their families.

Parents with children are waiting impatiently for attractions on one of over thirty stalls with workshops prepared especially for this day. Exactly at 11.00 Krzysztof Ibisz, Karolina Szostak, Agnieszka Popielewicz, Jan Kliment, Grzegorz Łapanowski officially welcome the first guests.
Next eight hours are filled with a blend of extreme emotions and disbelieves, through hope and expressed on many faces joy, bursts of laughter and feelings of victory alternately. Silence and noise alternately submerse and arise. Great deal of jokes, applaud and a lot of fun.

Power Agency acting on behalf of Canal+, during the conference Media Forum, organized a stunt show of horse riding in the quasi 17th century setting. Canal+ representatives appeared among other things in costumes used in the film „Królowa Bona” (queen Bona Sforza). The event included among other thngs: horse riding course for all participants, horse training show, minting coins with the Canal+ logo and artistic metalwork demonstration.

The main attraction was the performance of Jerzy Kryszak within a specially prepared script for that occasion.

In March last year we organized the event for one of our clients.The event was held in the Old Depot (Stara Zajezdnia) in Cracow. The goal of the meeting was providing summary information on the last year. Gigantic layer cake shared cooking was the main attraction of the evening. 

Agencja Power Sp. z o.o. acting on behalf of Chiesi Poland Sp. z o.o. organised in the course of four months nearly sixty promotional meetings. The meetings were held in various parts of Poland, each in different location. A dozen of people were engaged in them. The project was prepared with great care and attention to detail in logistics.

Power Agency acting on behalf of Rockwell Automation organised a training course for its client. The meeting was held at the Zimnik hotel in Lipowa.

On 13 March 2014 workers of the company Diageo Polska Sp. z o.o. - thanks to us - “moved into” a world of gambling, casino and Italian mafia. Professional croupiers did their best so that the participants would never forget the event. The guests had the opportunity to play roulette, Black Jack and Poker. It turned out, that thirteenth day of the month brought nobody bad luck.

In the March we organised for our client - Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. a culinary workshop at the Blue Cactus restaurant. It is an American restaurant, showing an influence of classical Mexican cooking, specialising in tex-mex and southwest cuisine. The restaurant has already been active on the culinary map of Warsaw for eighteen years.
